The House of Haton & Filles was founded in 1928 by Octave Haton, a winegrower who, through sheer determination and tenacity, imposed his style, which is still present today. He succeeded his father Eugène Haton. He mastered his independence to create his own vineyard in the famous crus of Champagne, before passing on this heritage to his son René.
