Article 1: Scope and Modification of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr. www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In case of modification, the general sales conditions in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
Article 2: Product availability
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. In the event that one of the products in your order is out of stock, we will contact you to offer you one of the following options:
1. We ship the rest of your order.
2. We are waiting for the missing item to be sent to you.
Article 3: Validation of orders and electronic signature (law of 13 March 2000 on electronic signature)
Any order form signed by the consumer by "double click" constitutes an irrevocable acceptance which can only be called into question within the limits provided for in these general conditions of sale. The "double click" associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of the integrity of messages constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
Article 4: Price
www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current prices indicated at the time of your order.
Article 5: Terms of Payment and Security
You can pay:

- By paypal (Carte Bleue)
- By cash mandate for any order less than € 1,500
Default of payment
www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
Article 6: Terms of delivery and delivery times
6.1 - Terms
The products will be delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
No Saturday delivery.
6.2 - Delivery times
All delivery times are calculated in working days. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the times for processing, preparation and dispatch of your order (from the warehouse). They start as soon as the order is validated. To this time, you must add the delivery time of the carrier (LAPOSTE/UPS). For an order made up of several products or containing a pre-ordered item, the shipping time for this order is based on the longest shipping time. www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr reserves the right to split the order into several deliveries.
Article 7: Responsibilities
www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded, due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure and in particular in the event of total or partial strike of the postal services, carriers, and disasters caused by floods or fires. With regard to products purchased to satisfy professional needs, www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr shall not be held liable for any indirect damage, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or expenses that may arise as a result of the present. The choice and purchase of a product or service are the sole responsibility of the customer. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, in particular due to incompatibility of the equipment, cannot give rise to any compensation, reimbursement or questioning of the responsibility of www.Cadeaux-Hightech.fr, except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-conformity or defectiveness.
Article 8: Right of return
8.1 - Return procedure and general conditions
In order to identify and therefore optimise the processing of returns, any product that needs to be returned must be the subject of a return request to our services, otherwise it will be refused. The time limit for contacting your customer service depends on the reason for the return; please refer to point 8-2.
8.2 - Returns for reference error
You have 15 days to inform us that the product received is not the product ordered: reference error, problem of size, colour, characteristics, completely different product. The product must be returned in good condition and in its original packaging, even if it has been opened, with all its contents (accessories, cords, instructions). In order to process your request correctly, please remind us of your order number and your full contact details.
Article 9: Guarantees, insurance and after-sales service
When the product benefits from a manufacturer's guarantee, this is indicated on the article sheet on the site. In order to benefit from the product guarantee, it is imperative to keep the purchase invoice of the product and to note the serial number of the device on the product. The manufacturer's warranty is generally one year. Depending on the brand, it may be one year for parts and/or labour. In the event of a breakdown during the initial warranty period, repairs will be carried out free of charge by the national network of technical centres, stations or agencies approved by the manufacturers. As soon as the failure is noticed, you must contact our customer service. It is essential that you best describe the problem encountered with your product.

Processing your return
Once your product has been repaired, it will be returned to you.
If your product under warranty is not repairable or due to a refused quotation (if the repair is too expensive compared to the price of the product), stocks available, an identical product or one with equivalent characteristics may be offered to you.
Article 10: Provisions of the law on information technology and civil liberties
At any time, "you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (art 34 of the law "Informatiques et Libertés" of 6 January 1978). Following your registration on our site, you will receive the Newsletter. You can then modify your subscription.
