The vicissitudes of history had almost wiped out the Château Minuty vineyard which covered the Saint-Tropez peninsula more than a century ago. Fortunately, the Matton family bought back the Napoleon III building and the chapel in 1936, patiently rebuilding the 75 hectares of vines and restoring the estate to its former splendour. Thus, in 1955, Château Minuty became one of the 23 properties to be awarded the appellation Crus Classé des Côtes de Provence. Minuty S.A. markets exclusively the wines of the Domaine (the GOLD range) and the Brand wines (the Prestige and M range).
