The Caves de l'Estabel is a cooperative cellar that has been established since 1938 at the foot of the Vissou in the village of Cabrières. It currently has 25 winegrowers on 330 hectares of vines and produces around 15,000 hl, mainly AOP Languedoc Cabrières. From the 1980s onwards, the Estabel wines began to cause a sensation with the recognition of their AOP Languedoc-Cabrières appellation, which reveals wines with personality, aromatic complexity, power, fullness and great length in the mouth. Reputedly greedy and fruity, the generosity, elegance and accessibility of the wines reflect the image of the estate.
